Langtang Region Trekking

Langtang Region Trekking is the closest trekking region from the Kathmandu valley which is located in the north of Kathmandu valley. The trail of this trekking region offers the dreamlike world of the mountains, glaciers, forests, and rivers. It is in high and wild as any of the Tibetan highlands with tranquil rural landscapes that warm the heart. This route is considered as one of the most popular narrow mountain valleys at the base of central Himalaya. Trekking and hiking in this route have many scopes where we get a chance to see the wonderful views of the mountain, beautiful landscapes, small villages, and wonderful views of the forest scenery of this route. We also get an opportunity to explore the oldest holy lake of Nepal known as Gosaikunda. There is so much great trekking to do with family and friend in Nepal and we love the friendly people. We will visit the ancient Buddhist monastery and glacier in this beautiful region. An area is famous for its natural beauty and wonderful climate with superb snow-capped mountain views and culture and traditions of the local people of this route. Langtang Region Trekking being from the Syabrubesi after hour’s drive from the Kathmandu valley. During the time of trekking, we get an opportunity to known about the Tamang people who are the local inhabitant of this region. We also have a chance to know about the culture, traditions, and the lifestyle of these peoples. Many people of this route have an interest in Tibetan lifestyle and most of the people of this route are influenced by Buddhism. While heading to this route, we pass through the lush forest of rhododendron, pine, and oak. We will have a great opportunity to see the wonderful views of the mountain which is also the pride of this beautiful Himalayan landscapes. At the time of trekking, we enter Langtang national park which is also known as the home of rare animals, birds, flora, and fauna. All these treks offer spectacular scenery and the close-up view of the Himalaya. You will get the chance to see the wonderful views of the mountain, landscapes, natural hot spring which gives makes your journey more adventurous and enjoyable. The Himalayan views are great and this route is less crowded than other trekking regions. February to April and September to December is the best season for trekking in this route.
