Overview
Annapurna Sikles Trek is one of the oldest and second largest Gurung villages in the Annapurna region which is located in the western part from Kathmandu valley. It is another spectacular short trek with good mountain views. Trekking in this route offers a unique trekking experience that goes through jungle and villages. This trek also offers your remarkable sceneries and views of the eye-catching snow-capped mountain. Through the trekking, you will get culture and tradition hospitality from villager mostly from the Gurung community. While here, the trekker can easily spend several days experiencing the local lifestyle, handicraft production, and sight-seeing and we lead the wilderness exploration away from traditional Gurung villages. The landscapes of the region provide breathtaking sceneries and in the early morning views of the mountains are majestic. This magnificent lake trekking leads you to the fine village inhabitant by a wide diversity of people from the different ethnic group, offering the wonderful views of the White Mountains. The region is particularly good for bird watching because of its pristine forested surrounding where different species of birds thrive. This is famous as a point from which to see avalanches thundering down off the mountainsides. Along the trekking going and coming back you will encounter and experiences typical cultural villages.
Annapurna Sikles Trek is the combination of awesome Gurung culture, wonderful traditional village life and the Himalayan panorama of Annapurna region. This trek begins from Pokhara after a wonderful scenic drive from the Kathmandu valley. It is one of the greatest opportunities to truly experience the country many attributes in their finest form. The streets of the villages are narrow with backyard fenced by large rock formations. This is really unique for the western world with natural and cultures its rich region with fine conditions for birds. It is not difficult one allowing time to study the wealth of flora and fauna to be found on route whilst also providing some wonderful mountain views. This is an amazing walk through the diverse landscapes and culture with mountain views, terraced fields, Gurung villages and the wide variety of flora and fauna. We get the chance to know about the culture, traditions and the lifestyle of the Gurung, Magar, and Thakali peoples who are the local inhabitant of this route. We get an opportunity to enter the Annapurna conservation area which is also the home of many rare animals, birds, flora, and fauna. The perfect season for trekking in this region is between March to May and September to November.

Day 03: Drive to Bijayapur Khola then trek to Kalikasthan (1150m) 4hrs
Day 04: Kalikasthan to Lama Chaur (910m) 5hrs
Day 05: Lama Chaur to Sikles (1980m) 6hrs
Day 06: Explore Sikles village
Day 07: Sikles to Ghale Gaon (1800m) 6hrs
Day 08: Ghale Gaon to Hyanja (1070m) then drive to Pokhara 6hrs
Day 09: Back to Kathmandu

Details Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
After you reach in Kathmandu valley then there will be one guide of our company will be waiting to pick-up you. And after pick-up, we will directly check out the hotel and have some dinner and make some preparation for the trip and take some rest.
Day 02: Kathmandu to Pokhara (820m) 6hrs
We will drive towards Pokhara city after having a hot breakfast in the hotel of Kathmandu valley. During the time of travel, you get an opportunity to see the small city of Nepal, wonderful landscapes, majestic views of the mountain, and many other things on the route. After 6 hrs drive from Kathmandu valley, we will reach Pokhara city which is known as the city of the lake where we will spend overnight.
Day 03: Drive to Bijayapur Khola then trek to Kalikasthan (1150m) 4hrs
At the time of trekking, the route takes us through the rice field then ascends through Rakhigaon. We can have a notice the leftovers of a fortress lying Taprang and we will also discover steep terraced hillsides.
Day 04: Kalikasthan to Lama Chaur (910m) 5hrs
We will cross passing few beautiful waterfalls cascading down to the valleys. We will have a great view of the mountain and landscapes and slowly move towards Lama Chaur where we will spend one night.
Day 05: Lama Chaur to Sikles (1980m) 6hrs
Today the trek climbs up towards Sikles. We will pass through Purja settlements from where we will go uphill to Sikles. After reach in Sikles, we will explore all around the village and spend one night in this beautiful village.
Day 06: Explore Sikles village
Today we don’t start our trekking today is for the rest day. And we will take rest in Sikles village. In the daytime after having lunch at the hotel, we will explore all around the Sikles village and in the evening we will come back to the hotel and spend one night.
Day 07: Sikles to Ghale Gaon (1800m) 6hrs
We get an opportunity to see the wonderful views of the mountain, not only that we have an opportunity to see the beautiful landscapes, small villages, and the forest rhododendron on the way. After a few hours walk, we will reach the place where we will have our dinner and slowly move towards Ghalegaun where we will spend a night.
Day 08: Ghale Gaon to Hyanja (1070m) then drive to Pokhara 6hrs
After spending the wonderful night in the Ghale Gaon, we will move towards Hyanja after having breakfast. After reach in Hyanja, we will have our lunch then after we will slowly drive towards Pokhara. After reach in Pokhara, first of all, we will check out the hotel then after have our lunch and explore all around the city and spend one night in this beautiful city.
Day 09: Back to Kathmandu
In the morning after having breakfast, we will drive back towards the Kathmandu valley by the same route. After 6 to 7 hrs drive from Pokhara, we will reach Kathmandu valley. And after reach in Kathmandu valley, first of all, we will check out the hotel and then after we will have our farewell dinner and spend one night in this wonderful city.
Day 10: Final departure
With lots of memory, you will drive towards the international airport of Kathmandu valley. We will sure that it’s not the last time in Nepal and you will provide us to see you again and give us a chance to serve you next time too.
