Overview
Lobuche Peak Climbing is a popular destination for a mountaineer which is located in the eastern part of Khumbu region. It is one of the famous trekking peaks in the Himalayan country of Nepal. The views of the Khumbu Glacier and frozen lakes are further attractions of this peak climbing trip. This expedition offers panoramic Himalayan views of Everest region, beautiful landscapes, Tibetan Sherpa culture, and monasteries. Though not quite as high as Island peak which is technically more challenging and it will ensure that you acquire the necessary skills and confidence to achieve your goal. It requires considerable climbing skill and in Nepal usually is done on sub-eight thousand meters high mountains. This peak climbing is probably one of the most mountaineer favorite trekking peaks in Nepal thus many adventure seekers chose this peak climbing for other mountain climbing or expeditions. This is not a highly technical climbing peak so to climb to this peak climbing. You definitely enjoy walking towards the top without much technical involvement.
Lobuche Peak Climbing is an exciting way to extend the classic Everest Base Camp Trek which is considered as one of the difficult peaks in Nepal for climbing. It is one of the most popular and demanded peak in Nepal. The ecstasy you will feel after climbing this peak will definitely stay with you eternally throughout your lifetime. Offering a variety of existing routes and broad scope for new lines, seen from near Lobuche and this offers you enough opportunity to enjoy the fantastic view of Mt Everest. The expedition begins from Lukla after 30 minutes of mountain flight from the Kathmandu valley. While climbing this peak, we get an opportunity to see the wonderful views of the mountain which includes Mt Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and many other mountains of this region. We will also enter the Sagarmatha national park which is also known for the home of many rare animals, birds, flora, and fauna. Most of the trekking peaks in Nepal are not very technical and can be scaled by any reasonably fit person. The beautiful trekking trails but we have a great variety of experiences to offer to the visitor and the diversity of the Nepalese people is no less remarkable. The perfect season for an expedition in this route is between March to May and September to December.

Day 02: Kathmandu to Lukla fly then trek to Phakding (2,652m) 3-4 hours

Details Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu
After you reach in Kathmandu valley then there will be one guide of our company will be waiting to pick-up you. And after pick-up, we will directly check out the hotel and have some dinner and make some preparation for the trip and take some rest.
Day 02: Kathmandu to Lukla fly then trek to Phakding (2,652m) 3-4 hours
We will drive towards the local airport of Kathmandu to take a mountain flight towards Lukla. After reach in Lukla, we will have our breakfast then after slowly move towards Phakding. On this time, we will walk down to the Dudh Koshi River where we connect with the main path to Namche Bazaar and spend overnight in Phakding.
Day 03: Trek towards Namche Bazaar (3,440m) 5-6 hours
We will walk to Namche Bazaar from Phakding. We will cross many suspension bridges of this route. Our trail takes us first over the Dudh Koshi River and then through beautiful pine forest of Monjo. We will have our lunch on the way then after we will slowly move towards Namche Bazaar where we will spend overnight.
Day 04: Rest day in Namche Bazaar
Today we don’t start our trekking today is for the rest day. And we will take rest in Namche Bazaar. In the daytime after having lunch at the hotel, we will explore all around the Namche Bazaar and in the evening we will come back to the hotel and spend one night.
Day 05: Trek towards Tengboche (3,870m) 5- 6 hours
Spending the wonderful night in Namche Bazaar we will slowly move towards Tengboche after having breakfast in the hotel. We get an opportunity to see the monastery on the way while this day trekking and spend overnight in Tengboche.
Day 06: Trek towards Dingboche (4,360 m) 5-6 hours
Leaving Tengboche for Dingboche after having breakfast early in the morning and we can admire good views of the mountain. We get an opportunity to see the wonderful views of the mountain from the way. We will have our lunch on the way then after slowly move towards our destinations where we will spend overnight.
Day 07: Rest day in Dingboche
Today we don’t start our trekking today is for the rest day. And we will take rest in Dingboche. In the daytime after having lunch at the hotel, we will explore all around the Dingboche and in the evening we will come back to the hotel and spend one night.
Day 08: Trek towards Lobuche (4940 m) 5-6 hours
Early in the morning, we will slowly move towards Lobuche after having breakfast in the hotel of Dingboche. The trail passes through boulder-strewn slopes as we ascend Chupki Lhara which is a Ridge that proves spectacular mountain views.
Day 09: Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,170 m) 6-7 hours
Today we will explore base camp and its surroundings glacier and return back to Gorak Shep. We enjoy incredible melt pattern and admire the gently rounded ice towers on the upper part of Khumbu glacier.
Day 10: Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar and back to Lobuche (4940m) 7-8 hrs
We wake up early in the morning for a walk up to the Kala Patthar. Mornings are usually sparkling and clear and this is the best time to climb the Kala Patthar. After exploring all around the Kala Patthar, from there we will back towards Lobuche where we will spend overnight.
Day 11: Lobuche to High Camp (5,400m) 3-4 hours
After having breakfast early in the morning, we will slowly move towards High Camp. We get an opportunity to see the monastery on the way while this day trekking and spend overnight in High Camp.
Day 12: Lobuche High Camp to Summit (6119m) and back to High Camp 8-10 hrs
Early in the morning, we will start our trekking because today we will summit Lobuche High Camp. After completing the Lobuche High Camp, we will back to the hotel and have our lunch then after we will trek towards High Camp where we will spend a night.
Day 13: Trek towards Pangboche (3930m) 8-9 hours
From here, the scenery of the mountain in all directions is breathtaking. On the way, we have a great view of the mountain, beautiful landscapes, and we have crossed many suspension bridges then after we will reach Pangboche and spend overnight.
Day 14: Pangboche to Namche Bazaar 4-5 hours
Today a steep descent takes us to a bridge over the Dudh Koshi River. We will have our lunch on the way then after we will slowly move towards Namche Bazaar where we will spend one night.
Day 15: Namche Bazaar to Lukla 6-7 hours
We leave Namche Bazaar to move towards Lukla. Today is the last day trekking in the Everest region? From Namche Bazaar, it takes almost 5 to 6 hrs to reach Lukla. We will have our lunch on the way then after slowly move towards Lukla where we spend one night.
Day 16: Fly to Kathmandu
We will take early the morning flight to Kathmandu valley from the airport of Lukla. And after reach in Kathmandu valley, first of all, we will check out the hotel and then after we will have our farewell dinner and spend one night in this wonderful city.
Day 17: Final departure
With lots of memory, you will drive towards the international airport of Kathmandu valley. We will sure that it’s not the last time in Nepal and you will provide us to see you again and give us a chance to serve you next time too.
