Trekking and walking, and climbing and mountaineering are in the remote part of Nepal that carries an inherent risk due to the weather cause injury and death, which is beyond our control. Before joining the company pleases checks carefully the following terms and conditions and both parties follow this term and conditions to resolve any legal problems or other dispute that may arise during the trip. We require our valuable client for trip booking methods and full information about payment policy system. Before joining the trip, please read the following term and conditions very carefully:

Booking Trips

This will constitute acceptance by you of these terms and conditions you are requested to deposit 25% of the total amount. Once you deposit the amount the deposit amount is nonrefundable. You can pay the remaining amount upon you arrive in Kathmandu valley. If you have a question regarding age and suitability then you can contact us for further information.

Cancellation and booking changes     

If you want to cancel the trip then cancellation notice is required minimum 20 days prior the trip departure. If the reason for the trip cancellation is genuine then you can postpone your trip or transfer your trip to another person who meets all the requirements for this trip.

Passport and Visa

All clients must have a valid passport with at least six months validity from returns date. Arrange Himalaya Treks cannot aspect responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visa for the countries you are traveling to. You can get a Nepalese visa from the Nepalese consulate in your country and the Nepalese visa figure outsole responsibility of the entire traveler.

Travel insurance

While traveling any corner in the world, traveling insurance is one of the most important for all clients undertaking any tour. The insurance must cover all the medical expense. Health and fitness

The personal health and fitness are the most important for any tour and before joining the tour you should always check our Nepal local GP regarding your health and fitness level.
