Overview
Helambu Circuit Trek is classic Himalayan foothills, with plenty of dramatic rises and plummeting descents. It is an easy, natural and geographically fascinating trekking tour that visitors can experience the mountains of majestic Himalayan scenery. The trek is obviously an exciting journey so take your time and disappear into the beauty of Himalayas. This is a good trek for people who don’t have much time to spend in Nepal and for them who have a problem getting to the high altitude. The trail climbs on to the Shivapur ridge from where there are sweeping views of the central Himalayas. The trekking adventure takes trekkers to the scenic Langtang valley in the Langtang region of the Himalayan. A visit to this region offers an opportunity to explore typical villages, bag small peaks and visit glacier at a comfortably low elevation. This is favorable for those trekkers who don’t have much more time to spend on their holidays but have extremely passion to observe the natural beauty through their naked eye. The local folks who live in the highlands of this region are surely Nepalese but most of them trace their roots to Tibet. Many villagers are originally from Tibet. The trail of this trekking region offers the dreamlike world of the mountains, glaciers, forests, and rivers.
Helambu Circuit Trek is the best trip those trekkers who do not have the long holidays in Nepal trip. The language culture and dress of the Helambu Sherpa are very different from those who live in the Khumbu area and Rolwaling. You will find the Sherpa cultures quite distinct and different from that Solu Khumbu Sherpa. We can closely view the exciting lifestyle and traditions of Sherpa people living in this area. During the time of trekking, we get an opportunity to known about the Tamang people who are the local inhabitant of this region. We also have a chance to know about the culture, traditions, and the lifestyle of these peoples. Many people of this route have an interest in Tibetan lifestyle and most of the people of this route are influenced by Buddhism. Walking along the lush forests of rhododendron and bamboo in the park can be an opportunity to encounter the rare red panda and many other animals. It is an easy trail with the surprising amount to steep climbs and stiff descents, through deep forests and across glacial moraines. An area is famous for its natural beauty and wonderful climate with superb snow-capped mountain views and culture and traditions of the local people of this route. The perfect time for trekking in this route is between March to May and September to December.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Day 02: Drive to Sundarijal and Trek to Chisapani (2300m) 4 Hrs
Day 03: Trek from Chisapani to Kutumsang (2446m) 7 Hrs
Day 04: Trek from Kutumsang to Tharepati (3650m) 6 Hrs
Day 05: Trek from Tharepati to Tarkegyang (2560m) 6 Hrs
Day 06: Trek from Tarkegyang to Sermathang (2610m) 4 Hrs
Day 07: Trek from Sermathang to Melamchi Pul Bazaar (860m) 4 Hrs

Details Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
After you reach in Kathmandu valley then there will be one guide of our company will be waiting to pick-up you. And after pick-up, we will directly check out the hotel and have some dinner and make some preparation for the trip and take some rest.
Day 02: Drive to Sundarijal and Trek to Chisapani (2300m) 4 Hrs
The first settlement we come across is Mulkarka mostly inhabited by the Tamang people. The trail heads up to the concrete step beside the pipeline which supplies drinking water for the valley.
Day 03: Trek from Chisapani to Kutumsang (2446m) 7 Hrs
We start our trek by descending to landslide and the route separates from here. We will cross many suspensions bridges before reaching Kutumsang where we will go to spent overnight.
Day 04: Trek from Kutumsang to Tharepati (3650m) 6 Hrs
Today we climb above Kutumsang on a steep trail mostly through fir and rhododendron forest. We will have our lunch on the way and slowly start our trekking towards the Tharepati where we will spend overnight.
Day 05: Trek from Tharepati to Tarkegyang (2560m) 6 Hrs
After having breakfast early in the morning, we will walk back to Tarkegyang. We will have a great view of the mountain at the time of trekking and we will have our lunch on the way and slowly start our trekking towards the Tarkegyang where we will spend overnight.
Day 06: Trek from Tarkegyang to Sermathang (2610m) 4 Hrs
The trail winds through the villages and climbs a ridge topped by a large Chorten. We also pass by water mills, prayers Chortens, with sacred mounds of rocks with inscriptions carved on them. We will have our lunch on the way and slowly move towards Sermathang where we will spend overnight.
Day 07: Trek from Sermathang to Melamchi Pul Bazaar (860m) 4 Hrs
We will pass through the many small lakes before reaching Melamchi Pul Bazaar. We will have our lunch on the way then after slowly move towards Melamchi Pul Bazaar where we will spend one night.
Day 08: Drive to Kathmandu
In the morning after having breakfast, we will drive back towards the Kathmandu valley by the same route. After 4 hrs drive from Melamchi Pul Bazaar, we will reach Kathmandu valley. And after reach in Kathmandu valley, first of all, we will check out the hotel and then after we will have our farewell dinner and spend one night in this wonderful city.
Day 09: Final Departure
With lots of memory, you will drive towards the international airport of Kathmandu valley. We will sure that it’s not the last time in Nepal and you will provide us to see you again and give us a chance to serve you next time too.
