Helambu Circuit Trek is classic Himalayan foothills, with plenty of dramatic rises and plummeting descents. Day 04: Trek from Kutumsang to Tharepati (3650m) 6 Hrs

Day 05: Trek from Tharepati to Tarkegyang (2560m) 6 Hrs

Day 06: Trek from Tarkegyang to Sermathang (2610m) 4 Hrs

Day 07: Trek from Sermathang to Melamchi Pul Bazaar (860m) 4 Hrs

Day 08: Drive to Kathmandu
