Day 05: Rongbuk to Shigatse (3,900m) 7-8 hrs

Details Itinerary
Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu
After you reach in Kathmandu valley then there will be one guide of our company will be waiting to pick-up you. And after pick-up, we will directly check out the hotel and have some dinner and make some preparation for the trip and take some rest.
Day 02: Kathmandu to Kyirong (3,800m) 7 - 8 hrs
We will drive towards Kyirong after having breakfast in the hotel where you have spent last night. On the way, we will get an opportunity to see the wonderful views of the mountain, and beautiful landscapes before reaching Kyirong and spend one night in this beautiful village.
Day 03: Kyirong to Lotingri (4,050m) 5 hrs
In the morning after having breakfast we will slowly move towards Lotingri. We will be uphill to the highest plateau of the world with the typical view of Tibetan landscapes.
Day 04: Lotingri- Rongbuk monastery (5,000m) 3 hrs
After having breakfast early in the morning we will slowly move towards Rongbuk monastery after spending the wonderful night in Lotingri. Today we will get a chance to see the wonderful views of Tibet.
Day 05: Rongbuk to Shigatse (3,900m) 7-8 hrs
Spending the wonderful night in Rongbuk monastery we will slowly move towards Shigatse. It takes almost 7 to 8 hrs to reach Shigatse from Rongbuk monastery. On the way, we will have our lunch and slowly move towards Shigatse where we will spend one night.
Day 06: Shigatse to Gyantse (3,950m) 2 hrs
This trail will also visit Panchen Lama’s Tashlhumps Monastery. At the time of trekking, we will pass through the beautiful valley and colorful Tibetan villages before reaching Gyantse where we will spend one night.
Day 07: Gyantse to Lhasa (3,650 m) 5-6 hrs
We will drive towards Lhasa after having breakfast early in the morning. It takes almost 5 to 6 hrs to reach Lhasa from Gyantse. We descend to the main road which brings us all the way to the Lhasa.
Day 08: Lhasa sightseeing
Today early in the morning we don’t start our trekking because this is the last day of trekking and we will have a rest day in Lhasa. We will explore all around the Lhasa valley. In this day, we will visit all the historical place of Lhasa and after exploring the valley we will back to the hotel and spend one night in Lhasa.
Day 09: Final Departure
With lots of memory, you will drive towards the international airport of Lhasa Valley. We will sure that it’s not the last time and you will provide us to see you again and give us a chance to serve you next time too.
